My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Wow! If you are a Paranormal Romance Erotica fan or a reader who enjoys your Werewolf Fiction amorous, this is the book for you!

Beowulf and Roxie (Wulf's Den, #1) by Marisa Chenery is a creative werewolf story. The novel has some foundation in the Old English epic poem of Beowulf. What a neat idea to add to a story and put your own spin on it!

In the beginning of the story, Roxie is obligated to go out for a night on the town with her friend, Candice. Soon after the duo arrive at the night club (Wulf's Den), Roxie encounters Beowulf and they have a strong and immediate attraction to one another.Roxie is not aware of the werewolf culture around her. However, she becomes quickly embroiled in it once she and Beowulf become involved.

The character development in the story is strong, especially for erotic literature, in my humble opinion. The reader becomes bewitched with the main and secondary characters. This helps knit together a tight story with an interesting plot and sweltering affection between the destined mates.
